💧How to Use:
For daily nervous system support or general relaxation:
Take 1 dropper (1 mL), 3x daily under the tongue or in a small amount of water.
For acute anxiety or sleep support:
Hold 3 droppers under the tongue for 15–30 seconds, then swallow.
Repeat as needed, up to 3 droppers, 3x daily.
You may feel a slight sting under the tongue from the alcohol base—this helps the herbs act quickly. For a gentler experience, add the tincture to water or tea.
