It started simply — while studying Chinese herbal medicine, I was growing and working with herbs every day. With extra botanicals on hand and conditions I kept seeing in practice, I started creating formulas. What began as a practical solution became Anahata Health.

Every product is formulated for the most commonly seen conditions, using herbs chosen specifically to deliver results with the least side effects for the general public. I don’t trust most products on the market — so I make my own. That commitment to ingredient quality is the cornerstone of everything we create.
