Shipping Policy

-ALL orders are $7 (TOTAL) to ship anywhere in the US Including Alaska and Hawaii!! For subscription orders, they are $7 per order and cannot be combined with a non-subscription order. Sorry we wish we could combine but this got confusing with the intermittent orders we get.

We think shipping is a rip off with most companies, so we want to honor you paying exactly what it costs us to ship on average.

Shipping Restrictions for Hemp-Derived CBD Products
In compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and Square’s CBD program requirements, Anahata Health does not ship CBD-containing products to the following states:

• Idaho (ID)

• Kansas (KS)

• Colorado (CO) (restricted under our payment processor’s policies)

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically blocked at checkout.

Where We Ship
We ship hemp-derived CBD products to all other U.S. states where such products are permitted. All CBD products sold by Anahata Health contain hemp-derived CBD with ≤0.3% THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Age Requirement
By purchasing CBD products from our website, customers confirm they are 18 years or older (or comply with their state’s age requirements).

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is fulfilled.

Compliance & Documentation
All CBD products include proper labeling and batch information. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship CBD products outside of the United States.
