HAND & FOOT SOAK INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour a comfortable temperature foot bath and add 1 cup of Epsom salts. 
  2. Soak your hurting hands and/or feet for 20 minutes five nights a week (and less as your condition improves.)
  3. Squeeze moxa pack and shake it a little.. it will warm up over the next 5-10 minutes.
  4. Rub a penny to nickel size dab of Qi Balm between palms for 20 seconds before massaging into the affected areas. Be generous, it will soak in. Wrap feet in a dry towel or cloth.
  5. Apply heat pack with the protection of the towel or fabric between your skin and the pack. You can have a layer of protection and then another layer of towel holding it all together. It should not feel too hot, it should feel just perfect and cozy. 
  6. Put socks on feet or cotton gloves on hands after an hour and go to bed or start your day.
